New Defibrillator
Eagle eyed residents will have noticed that Churton now has a new defibrillator located on the front of the White Horse.

Following concerns about the reliability of the old style defibrillator at the village hall, the Parish Council decided to replace it and relocate it to a more central location in the village. Thanks to a generous contribution from Borough Councillor Adrian Waddelove’s local Member’s budget, along with the co-operation of The White Horse, we were able to make this happen quite quickly.
However a new defibrillator is not much use if people aren’t confident enough to use it, so we are pleased to say that, during October and November, over 50 local residents also attended the free CPR and Defibrillator skills training courses run by the Parish Council and Tattenhall First Responders.
To access the defibrillator in an emegency you need to call 999 and you will be given the access code to unlock it.
